Most items purchased in our shop are shipped within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. In some circumstances, for example an order for many items which are made to order (ex. leather rings), the handling time might be longer, but no longer than 7 business days.

We ship domestic orders via with Australia Post Express with signature on delivery.

Parcels going to the USA are shipped with Australia Post Express if valued under $400 and with DHL Express if valued over $400. Due to the challenges that came with the new US tariffs, we have had to start charging a fee for all US shipments. 

Parcels going to the rest of the world are shipped via Australia Post Express if valued under $2000AUD and via DHL Express if valued above $2000AUD. For that reason we are unable to ship items over $2000 to PO boxes outside of Australia. Please, provide a street address & phone number for shipping to avoid delays with your order. 

In most cases, your parcel should arrive at the destination within one week of being sent out. If your parcel doesn't arrive within two weeks, please contact sales@buffalogirl.com for assistance.
